As part of The Only Lasting Truth Is Change symposium, Rian Treanor facilitated a new workshop developed for and with people with different learning difficulties and a shared interest in sound and music. The workshop is an extension of the project Inter-symmetric Works, exploring new forms of remote participation and networked interaction between audiences and collaborators.

The particapnts of the workshop and audiences were invited to perform togther, exploring new forms of sound synthesis, algorithmic pattern making and collaborative live performance.

Rian and Mark took part in the performance remotly due to Covid isolation but they were still able to work with the group in real time using their online drum machine system www.intersymmetric.xyz
